it took me couple hours to figure out how to do the timeline/frames...the wheels are somewhat blurred, and they gradually unblur as it stops, i guess i'll just have to blurr it more. It was 2am...i needed sleep

yeah the badges are jacked, cause most of the people giving them out are rarely active
