never posted on this B.C. site before, I usually post on the Seattle area post (I hav an '05 BB s2k). I live in Lake Stevens (30 min. north of Seattle) and was wondering if anyone here lives in or has been to Terrace recently ? I used to live there as a kid (we were the family from Switzerland) and keep trying to talk my wife into moving there, but she'll have none of that.
Just wondering whats been going on in Terrace, if I knew the address I'd post it, in hopes of some pix of the house my dad built. He built a small ice rink in the backyard and we even had a one lane bowling alley in the basement that my dad built. We were friends with the family that owned the bowling alley, so my dad would get free pins and balls for his lane and on some weekends they would have bowling parties downstairs.
I sure miss those days, this is just motivating me to find my address and post. I lived there in the early 70's, yes i said 70's. Now the thing that is wanting me to come back to B.C. is the killer powder, riding at BAKER I know how killer our powder is. I've been snowboarding for 26 years now and love it as much as day one, I get stoked when I see pix of Terrace in the mags. I've been looking at B.C. area Catskiing or HELI trips online, so if you can score me and couple friends a killer deal we're in.
Didn't mean to ramble on, damn now i'm going to have to keep checking the page. thanks for listening.
