One More Sleep to...
my S2KI birthday!!! Yahoo. 11 years old on February second and I have loved every minute of it. I was looking back at some of the really old threads and pictures. In the old pictures, the car looked stunning, and I was young(ish). Now the car still looks great, but I look like sh*t. It feels like I went to sleep and woke up...OLD!
Hope you all have as much fun as I am having with this amazing machine.

What amazes me is all the people who have come and gone. The first person I met was Shamu. His car was amazing. He swapped out his original engine and had it replaced with a Spoon engine. I always wondered where is car ended up. So many names from the old days and now so many that I don't know.
I'll try and make a meet this summer...

Hi Sean. Let me add one more name from the past. Those were great times. Made some great friends. Some great parties and meets. And those drives ........ Something else.
Still have my S but this may be its last year with me. Nevertheless, I truly hope we shall meet again one day. I still remember Kong. Then there's Mark. I see him on my LinkedIn site but have not communicated. Hope both are doing well.
Had I continued to pay my membership, I would have 12 stars under my name on the Ides of March this year. And I'm guessing had I not stopped posting for a while and continued to post at the previous rate, I would be approaching 50,000 posts by now. That's a lot of useless typing by any standards.
