Haha... there are billions of Chinese all over and in Vancouver there are still hundreds of thousands "Chinese"...

 

A more serious question... how did he make the initial payment? Could that be not even the guy's real identity (screen name and "real" name)?

Beware it could have been a case of stolen (worse than made-up) id to do a scam and then let the blame land on someone else's lap. So guys, don't do anything silly even if you think you got the "real" name. Just my 2 cents.
