I got the Sony MEXBT5000. I'm not a big fan of the joystick control scheme, but once you transfer your numbers and everything, you can use the remote to do everything, including calls and searching your phonebook, so it's not so bad.

If you want something a bit nicer, check out the Alpine decks. Most of'em are bluetooth ready, you just gotta buy the adapter, and a few are bluetooth enabled right out of the box.
