Default Slow down s2k owners

Hi,
I saw a black stock s2000 spun out of control in front of me today around 2:30pm at hwy91 (and there was a huge truck right behind him/her, very dangerous). The car ended up off the hwy onto the field on the side. The hwy was very wet and slippery so if you still have the summer tires on then it is a good idea to slow down. When you do get into trouble, you are not just creating a dangerous situation for yourself but also the other drivers. Hope the driver is ok.

actually, it is very forgiving! Ive had numerous rear end sliding past my ability to regain control, but its the car that regains the control for you if you let it. YES SLOW DOWN, but some times, its this slowing down or breaking that prevents the car from correcting itself.

What ive knowticed is the best thing that has worked for me, maybe not for everyone, but when my rear end is past its ability for me to counter steer. giving it pulses of gas and feel the cars reaction, only then should you start to assist the car in the desire direction you want to go.

howeve if you are not going fast in the first place to allow this senario to happen you wouldnt be in this situation.

Good luck and drive safe guys!
