there is vibration, but not much..
maybe something comparable to unbalenced wheel.

anyways, I just put my s on jack and did some instection.

looks like either

1.RG did not put on wheel properly back in december.
or
2. wheel spacer is defective one. or wheel bearing is done.

I'll remount wheel tomorrow and see which is the case.

and yes it was done at PDM, but looks like they did not do anything wong.
(good thing I didn't mention their name on my first post. I'd hate to bad mouth shop when they did nothing wrong)

altho, wonder why all the alignment setting read ok at PDM.

ss04/ btw, I noticed there is spacer on rear bsk.

what setting did you use?

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=739016
looks like this guy was running those spacer on opposite site of the rod.

I didn't realize this until it was being installed.
RG and I agreed to leave it as is and ask PDM as we thought they would know.

when I dropped off my car at PDM, I did mention about the setting on bsk.
however when I picked up the car, all the response I got was
"I don't know there is no instruction, how should I know"

big mistake for me assuming that they would know.

anyways, I did search and there's no firm answer for now.

yesterday was reminder of why I left car-mod scene altogether.

^I've read that page before, the part you highlighted is the part that was changed. That's how they are on the J's BSK

How mine currently are :

I'm wondering if I should move the connection point up though and bring the spacers down. AJR sent me the new HELM joints as the ones I have are recalled...

i don't have any experience with the s2000 antibumpsteer kit but based on my past research on heim joints...

i think you're supposed to adjust the number of spacers and location of them on the anti-bumpsteer kit according to how low your car is. the final adjustment should probably be set so that the ball is perpendicular to the arm (not on an angle) when the suspension is loaded. this is so the that ball has room to swivel. if the ball is poorly positioned, it will hit its limit of travel. if that happens, the ball may pop out of the socket. actually, depending on application, it's a good idea to install a safety washer on the heim joint. this will prevent the arm from fully separating from the spherical bearing if the ball pops out (note i don't see a safety washer in the T1R kit)

(note this is just my opinion based on how heim joints are usually used...i've never actually looked into how the s2000 antibumpsteer kit works)

nope. first thing I checked.

it is actual wheel that's wobbling.

I'll remount the wheel and find out.

hope it's just centric ring that's not on properly.

looks like some one made mistake putting on wheel spacer.
good thing it turned out to be minor problem..
and thanks to motorist who was kind enough to flag me down and pointed out the problem

On a side note. Don at PDM Racing was rudiest person I met in some time.
He may know his stuff but customer's service at PDM is almost non-existance.
Would not spend single penny at his place and would not recomment this shop.
I wonder how my car could have 'good' alignment with wheel mounted wrong.
