I am gettin my rims powder coated gold in the next few weeks and was just wondering what you guys thought about maybe doing the intercooler and the mesh gold as well.. I know it may be too much and I realize everyone has different tastes but any feedback would be good.. BTW I love the way the roll cage looks!!!! Good work..

Gold it UP!!! Be different! imo it will look great

This is my personal opinion if that was my car:

If you paint your rims and your intercooler gold, it's too much gold! What happens if you decide to get different rims and you are left with a gold intercooler.

Mike - was your rollbar hard to install/fit? really compliments your reeems.

Gold rims+black intercooler

I think it would look too wierd with some much gold in the grill of your car.

kinda like your car had some gold teeth.

Yah thats what I was thinkin too... Not sure what ill do yet but i def want the rims done.... I am also thinkin about upgrading my turbo to a gt3076r and gettin a HG, bigger injectors and upping the boost. Probably won't happen till fall but it would be sweet to have done before the big BBQ meet..

This comment brings up the image of Flavor Flav. Paint a big clock on the hood and rename the car after him.

vin- Yea the only hard part is making sure that you really want to drill holes into the car haha. But for real the only real hard part is the rear driver side arc swing point because its really tight with a convertable, to squeeze back there.
