Default Time to sell... maybe

I'm getting married next year and think it might be time to let the old girl go. I live in the Vancouver area of British Columbia:

- 2001 in white.
- About 140k
- all stock with the exception of the ipod adaptor I added. (this should stay with the car because it's the only one I could find that works with the dash controls - volume, next song etc.)
- All regular maintenance kept up according to the schedule.

I doubt anyone here wants it so let me tell you now about what's wrong with her so that I may get some useful advice about getting a fair value for it:

- 2 accidents that I know of, one prior to me and my own (My accident fixed everything the previous guy chose not to fix.)
- the back bumper is dented. (I had the fix estimated at 1000$ CAD)
- tail light just smashed out yesterday by a vandal. (looking to fix this before I sell it of course.)
- Clutch Master Cylinder needs to be replaced. (I have the part on order)

So there it is. From that little bit of info, do any of you have a suggestion on what I should be asking for it or where I should take it for a fair deal?

Thank you everyone,
Duncan.

Lots of miles and 2 accidents. I would say 12k would be the best you could get...

12k? damn i wouldn't even give 8k for that. even for 8k you can find lower mileage (just past 100k or so) but the only thing that might "raise" its value is gpw.
