So my machining course at BCIT got canceled due to low enrollment. Ouch.

However a similar course will be available but there needs to be at least 8 students registered by this Friday. There are currently 4 and plus me would make it 5, so would need 3 more.

It's a CNC machine operation and programming course. Saturdays 8am-2:30pm.

dont' do machining yo... one of the lower paying trades, and not much work.i have two buddies who have their full ticket and their going back to BCIT with me for Electrical.

 

Thanks! I appreciate the advice. I'm not planning on taking it to actually do that for a living though, but rather as a hobby. Whereabouts are your friends at? Think they'd be willing to teach me? I don't mind paying them or something, since I'd be paying for the course anyways.
