Worst Service!
I had my s2000 done its sevice at Regency Honda 2 times now, the second time because it is sevice B they even charged me aprox.$170. Today when I am doing the oild change and filter change at another location, they discover that REGENCY Honda never changed my oil filter, it is still using the old one which came with the car from Japan, with all the japanese on it. It seems to me that it is unbeleivable, do u guys think i can get my money back, from regency Honda?

Some OEM filters are directly imported from Japan and thus they will have Japanese label. I've gotten one from the parts department before.
It'll be hard to make a claim that they didn't change the filter
I'm not sure if you can tell if they changed it or not. For all you know the new place could be trying to win your business and is bad mouthing the dealer.
