I think the Cusco clears pretty welll although you may want some tape on the bottom. One of the local guys has a Cusco Ti strut bar for sale. Although the the cf wrapped bar is cheaper.

I dont think that the Cusco ti will clear, but the CF and aluminum ones would.

I dont know exactly, but I would bet that the OS is just the standard aluminum. You would probably want to call to confirm that.
