Default Lease or Buy?

Hey guys, I'm getting ready to order a '07 S2K. I talked to the dealer and leasing looks like the way to go. There is a large chance I want to keep the car at the end of the term and I also would like to mod it. I was told that as long as the car was stock and I wanted to turn it in. There wouldn't be any problems. He explained a lot of benefits about leasing.

Guys, I really don't want to get caught in a bad decision. Everyone post your opinions about leasing or buying and vote. I need to make a good decision here. Thanks ahead of time.

Also, Shop your APR, dont let Honda try to find it for you.... they will bend you over and insert... umm.... high apr....

I went with compass bank instead of honda's stupid bank.... and i got like 5.9APR... i think...

I say LEASE. Imagine the fun you'll have with that car without worrying about the consequences of a long term effect of dropping the clutch all the time.

If you can buy new or slightly used in the mid to high 20s is not worth to lease- with the apr i got on mine i bought new back in 04 and with finance charges it will be 30k

Most of the time when you lease you pay about 12k or so and have nothing to show for it. I did it twice then bought 3 times.

It depends on your history with them, just look at my sig. The apr on the s2k is 1.9% on the 06 element 3.9%

Not a fanatic, but I think I will only own their cars for some reason- One of these days I may be able to afford one of the new nsx prob. a couple of years after they come out.

am no ones hero, just love race inspired cars i suppose.
