The exclusivity and rarity only concern me in the area of having to pay close to full asking price.
Since this would be my 1st purchase with them, they are having a hard time meeting my expectations.
I put in a final offer today for it. We'll see if my rep as the Priceline Negotiator holds firm.

Went w/ the J's SS header.
Bulletproof is pretty tight on the coin and tried to dazzle and impress w/ their involvement in the F&F4 to get me to buy.
Still may get it once I sell the home
