they're made by Rays so you can just order them from any Mackin distributer unless the little Rays logo engraved on the cap bothers you

Ive got a set of aluminum BLUE valve stems that came with my ADVAN TC2's. I swapped to Black casue i didnt like the Blue. the Black ones cost me $20 a piece. ill do the BLUE ones for $60 shipped including PAYPAL fees and shipping. Let me know if your interested.
