I guess Tire rack has a couple types around $120, but they are pretty ugly. Can anyone suggest an inexpensive rim that I can use for winter on my 2002 s2k? Also - where to buy?!

 

Go to the For Sale forum on here. Get a set of used stock rims. They're perfect for winter tread.

Wait for just before winter, you may be able to pick up a complete set of stock rims and snow tires for a bargain from the For Sale forum. I know I
will be selling my set soon (after I am sure I am getting a beater).

I dont really want rims thats someone has used before. Its too much of a pain to make sure they are in ok shape and have not hit potholes - the owner might not even know if they are out of round. I'd just prefer to buy new. I can afford the $100/wheel, but might as well shop around to see if there are other rims than the ones that tire rack has - I'm not sure if they are decent rims..

So, are there other places to go look for inexpensive rims?
