It is still 10 years old. I picked up my 2007 for 30k, how could a 2000 be worth all that much more?

Thanks guys - I'm asking for the vin so hopefully I can get the carfax before I check it out. The guy has mentioned that he has put in a new clutch. Also - for higher mileage s2ks; when are you to get your timing chain adjusted? Tx.

 

I thought it was maintenance free...with the valves and chain no need to touch it unless its noisy as per the manual, however many people will adjust them for top performance.
