WTB: AP1 s2000 TX

looking for an ap1 s2000
my budget is around 12,000
looking for one with no accidents, well maintained motor, interior in great/good condition, body can have normal wear, soft top must not have any holes, hardtop are welcomed! Doesn’t have to be stock(any modifications done to motor must have paperwork.
color is not concerning
mileage: I’d like to find one with low miles or close to 100,000
