Default WTB: AP2v1 or AP2v2 WHEELS

I'm looking to buy used AP2v1 or AP2v2 wheels (preferably AP2v1). I have a MY00 and the car came with the 16" AP1's and they are weathered and little rashed (one is now damaged). I'm just looking for a overall good set of rims, they don't have to be absolutely perfect. I don't have $1000 plus for awesome rims.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to do with the 16's yet. One of the fronts is bent from a lug-studs incident. Long story short, I had a stripped stud, hit a turn too hard and lost 3 more and discovered the rim barely hanging on (bending the center). The others are fine other than signs of aging, weathering, and some curb-rash. The tread is pretty good too. I may just keep them in case I ever decide to have track wheels or something; I really have put no thought to it yet.

My main reason for moving to AP2's is because of the incident and wanted some affordable 17", better looking, and cleaner wheels to start off next year with.

Haha yes, I think my selection of used s2k goodies would be much broader if I were on the west coast!

If you can't find a set you might was to consider "reproductions"

AP2 Wheels

Take a look at my signature .. Can you tell which wheels are OEM and which ones are reproductions?

Check my thread in the Music City section here. I have a set and in Nashville TN, not too far of a drive. I can meet you in KY too. No tires or the tires I have are really worn down and you may not want them, that's why I pulled them off. I will send you a PM on this too.
