reason:
i need the sensors and the accessories...

i need it cheap...
preferably the motor is insuch a bad condition it cannot be rebuilt...

i have a perfectly fine s2000 engine for sale. compression tested, selling for $2500 plus shipping. No problems with this engine, PM me.

I've got an '00 and an '04 ECU and a wiring harness available. What else do you need?
