Looking to spice up my S by replacing the existing red speedometer layout with the Blue screen which changes the color. I remember seeing threads on these things a while ago and i thought it would look great with my Alpine Head unit.

Something tells me you'll just want to PM MacGyver rather than read all that tho.

I believe Modifry has similarly worked on such an LED dash project as well. You might search around a bit on the site for that one...

 

I have the original design by the same guy that you used for yours, w1ngman. Never used. All the overlays included. Now I just have to find it.

 

Well, funny that . I never even considered my filter setup. I read the fellow's original post & as he said "blue screen which changes colors" I wasn't considering manually changing filters. But rather wanting an LED alternative that changes colors.

Might have over-thunked it. Dude might just want filters
