Need to buy the extended bung to eliminate the CEL due to no cat.

I think you can buy those things at Autozone. Did you check at any autopart stores? They are pretty cheap, and will just cost you more to get some shipped to you. Just asking!

any autoparts store will carry them. they are called spark plug anti-foulers. you then drill them out with a 1/2 drill bit. they come in a pack of 2.
