Have you considered the T1R B52 coilovers for the S2000? If not, I'd consider the, they are 24 way adjustable for dampening and stroke adjustable as well.

They come with 12k front and rear springs, however, if you are looking to stiffen up or soften up the ride, the coilovers are also compatible with aftermarket springs.
