I know a friend working at the dealer can get you a new one in the low $400. Hardtopguy has it for $500.00. Unless you want to buy a used one

 

used is fine. just didn't want to pay like 600-650 for a lip with shipping.

 

Dealer doesnt charge shipping! Its like 400 bucks new from honda.

you are not going to get it for $400 dollars unless you have someone works there for many years with higher management status. It looks like the op might want to consider a used one. With shipping it can be close to $100 usd. It is a big box.
