2004+ Prefer

Althought I'd take Pre-2004 also if price is right.

w/ Bulbs and Ballsts are a bonus but if they don't, it's okay.

Normal wear and tear is of course okay. 1 broken tab can be considered
if it doesn't affect the mounting that much.

If they're broken in pieces, no thank you.
