WTB Pass seat and headlights

I am thinking of putting together an S2000 for SCCA T3 racing. I found a car, but it needs headlights and at least a passenger seat. Any leads let me know. I am in the San Francisco area.

I have a set of headlights (shells or complete with bulbs and ballest), but the passenger has some scrapes on it.
