I have a 00 S2k that sounds like it is exactly what you are looking for. It is black on black, stock except for an injen intake. The car is near mint in and out. 71k miles, and runs perfect. It has even had the 2nd gear replaced, which is a very common problem with the S, but most people don't worry about. The owner before me was a maintenance freak. He also had a new soft top put on that is upgraded material. I am wanting to get $16k for it. Let me know if you are interested at all, and I will send you some pics.
