Buy the stand new. Depending of where you are in the country, Harbor Freight may have a location near you. That is where I got the one I use. Shipping would kill you. They weight a ton (80-100lbs)

eBay is a good source for older service manuals. The tend to sell for 30-50 depending on the year and condition.
