It's off a 03 it's not the original top it has been replaced not to long ago. I bought the car wrecked to part out and a new OEM Honda top has been installed on it. I know it has because I replaced my top on my S2000 myself and I know how it is done they did not install rivets in the drain seal on the rear of the top who ever installed it, I will install them before it is sold. I'm selling the complete top frame, motors and the two plastic panels that are different on 2000-2001 for $800 plus shipping
