I'm looking to add some bump to my trunk, so I need a box for (1) JL 10W6v2, preferably ported and ~1.5 cu. ft.

Your in luck!! I have a custom made 3/4 inch MDX box carpeted and it will fit on top of your tool case snuggly! It was made for my 10w3v2 but i suppose it would fit the 10w6v2.. You wont't lose your tool box as it fills in the void on top of it

 

sounds promising....I assume it is ported? Do you know what the total volume is? Are you certain the 10W6v2 will fit? It sounds like it's a nice box....what are you asking for it?

 

Sorry its not ported... but its more then 1.5 Cubic feet and it is 3/4 inch thick all around except for the bottom which is 1/2 but i dont know if it should fit the 10w6v2.. but it fits the 10w3v2 perfectly with about 1-2 inch to spare for the magnet. The box is pretty heavy by itself.. so you might wanna consider shipping cost... I can also send pictures if you want

 

you really cant port a wood sub box for the s2k. just not enough cubic feet. Fiberglass maybe...
