Ok, I have NO idea what these are called... or even what the thing is that they hold on is called... but they are small black acorn shaped nuts that hold on the black thingy onto the intake manifold.
I have these 2 silver ones holding it on for now, but its not OEM, and it wiggles a lot...
If someone is parting out an S2000 and you have these, let me know
(LOL, Yes I know this is pretty dumb to try to find these, but I refuse to pay $7 each at my local Honda Stealership for them.)

Your fuel rail cover will move even with those nuts. They are call Cap Nuts (90213-PK2-000 NUT, CAP (6MM) No Color 2 2004 S2000 2.93)
2.93 is list per piece NEW. Just buy them new. The part number is above.
