SSR can make me a set of Professors in any offset. Will a 18X10" rim, with the proper offset, fit under our car? AND would it matter whether it was lowered or not? ok....ok.... one more, what would the offset be?
Thanx in advance

Ben @ Bulletproof had 10.5" HRE's in the rear. PM "Ben" for info on the offsets.

Yes, 10" width will fit, but you'll need like an offset in the range of +72 - +76 to fit. The tires would be 285/30-18.
I don't think SSR has that offset option for 10" width for the Professors. If they say they can, good deal!

RT (Ray) up in Washington has Fikse with 10" width rears, and his offsets are like +74 or something.

RT has 10.5" Fikse's

Lots of meat. But after discussing this with him at Laguna earlier this year, he's come to the conclusion the extra .5" is a bit too much for the rear. His car pushes pushes pushes, quite incredible but also he's got a Comptech SC so it helps push them around.

can't remember the offsets though... I have em around here somewhere.

I noticed from the pic, the front of the wheel doesnt have much of a lip. Was really wanting a larger lip on the back wheels... is this possible with the SP1 professors?? Thanx for the help!
Schat... those are 10's or 10.5's ?

higher offset = smaller lip.

Correct Joe.

look up on tirerack's website for explaination of what offset is and how its determined, it might explain a bit more with their diagrams.

youll want to be carefull too with the 10.5 inch too because the extreme offset moves the centerline of the wheel. No proven facts but on some cars this can mess with handling.

Oh and EDGE my gf parents used to work at a dealership in Bmingham (serra toyota), Anyways i saw a red S2000 both times i was up there... wasn't you was it
