Default 16" front 17" back

I've been thinking of getting TE37s for my '02 Spa but want to keep the OEM width. is this possible with 16 front and 17 back? is this going to help with anything or make anything worse? thanks

If stagger and offset are correct, same tire type, should not be a problem. That is how Lotus does it.

No advantage. Cars that come with factory staggered diameter (Corvette etc.) also have staggered tire diameter so the sidewall is the same front to rear. It would look strange on a S2000 because you want to keep the tire diameter the same front to rear, you would have more wheel/less tire in the rear.

1nate7 is correct. It would work on the car but I do not ssee a benefit to doing it. The other cars where they are staggered they are designed for that. The NSX for instance had a front tire that was 23.1" tall and a rear tire that was 24.9" tall.
If you do this on the S2K just make sure the diameter of the frotn and rear tires are the same.
If I can help let me know.

I'll probably go with 17" all round. do you know which wheel is lighter? TE37 RE30 or CE28?

Do a search on google, I think they are all within a pound or two, so pick the design you like best
