16x7 Motegi's +42 offset..

16x7 Motegi's +42 offset..
Im so frustrated finding out the right offset, right price/style that fit my needs. I saw a motegi FF7 that comes in 16x7 inch +42 offset all the way around, I know they're not the ideal offsets, but would I have rubbing issues?..I will drop the car by an nich Max..also what tires would you recommend>?PLease help
