i set my torque wrench at like 10 and went up from there seeing how much the stock type 01's were torqued at. At 15 ft lbs it was just starting to tighten a little before it clicked. At 20 lbs it would tighten every stock bolt before clicking.

So I did mine at 15 and then went a little more (like 1/8 of a turn). I would say 20 if u dont like 15 lbs and def. put loctite. Some people do red, I did blue because i thought it might be too hard to loosen if i ever had to do them again and didn't want it to break the bolt.

The best way would be to contact the manufacturer or a wheel re-finisher.

My Kinesis wheels are to be torqued at 16 ft/lbs.
