Default 17x9 +45 Square Setup

I have been researching this and from what I am reading, I will need to roll the fenders whether its a 245 or a 255.

The car would not be lowered right now but would be in the future.

I need input from people who have ran this setup or are running it right now.

My questions:

Do I need to pull the fenders or not?
with 245s?
and with 255s?

I would like to be as close to stock camber as possible.

I did not find relevant information on how much camber is required to run either of those size tires.

How much camber is required with 245? and 255?

How low will i be able to go in the future?

While you're not lowered no you won't. And later it depends on how low you plan to go? I think after a full roll you will be fine with 245s but you will need more camber than you want I am pretty sure.

Are you saying I will need to pull/flare when I go lower in the future to keep the camber to a minimum or would I need to pull and run a lot of camber?

Thanks for your input.

with the amount of camber and roll you will have to run in order to fit these with a drop I would run 235 contis instead - the car wont have the ultimate grip but you'll have less camber and it will be more stable as a result

If you didn't want to add camber you would need a pull/flare. Don't think you would need a pull + camber. But I think you'll need one or the other.

Also, how low are you planning to be? That is a factor as well, the lower you go the more camber you will most likely need.

Just for your reference, I ran 18x9 +55 square with 235s in front and 255s in back and would still rub when slammed with 1.5 degrees of camber in front and 2.5 in back. Although, I didn't have rolled fenders. Once I raised the car to about a 1.5-2 finger gap I had almost zero rubbing.

partially depends on which tire. not all 245's and 255's are the same width.

generally, to run 17x9 45 with 255 and some lowering, you need max camber, fender roll, tab relocation, and maybe a slight flare/pull in the front. oem max camber is somewhere around 2.2 front and 2.7 rear

Interesting...

Hypothetically speaking, With 245s, if the car is lowered enough to have zero finger fender gap or 1 finger gap, what are we looking at as far as the camber goes without a pull?

and camber with the pull?

In other words, how much clearance is the pull going to net me usually?
