Default 17x9.5+39 fitment issues! HELP

Hey guys needed your input. I am currently running a 17x9.5+39 CE28RT with 255/40/17 Hankook Evo V12 tire squared set up. I thought after my alignment/ fender roll (slight pull on fronts, looks stock though) I would be able to fit them. Currently have -3.5 camber in front and -3.9 camber in rear, much more camber than I anticipated or wanted but I already invested so much into the wheels to make it fit. Most my issues are in the front. Will I be able to pull my fronts more without making it look wavy? Will I still rub if I got 245/40/17 tire same brand? (I want to avoid this as much as possible because i just purchased the tires and they have like ~10 miles on them). My friend was able to fit 17x10+45 with 255/40/17 RS3's so I figured I could fit my wheel setup. Please help with any input. Car is still a work in progress but I want to be able to drive without rubbing before everything else. I would prefer to pull the fenders a bit more as my option if its possible rather than resorting to elsewhere.

1. The car is too low.
2. An experienced fender roller can pull them out without making the paint chip or giving them wavy look.

Its much lower than it seems because its not on level ground. It looks more like the picture of the passenger side of the car. And also I feel like the shop I went to is pretty good deity motorsports (fender defender). It was more like they didnt want to do it rather than couldnt because he doesnt like pulling fenders.

That is a handsome ride height.

If I were you I'd get some Origin offset bushings, they'll pull the top of the wheel in my 7mm.

This is how my 17x9.5 +43 fit, with dead 255/40 BFG Rival, -2.4 up front, -3.4 in back, moderate pull up front (done by me + a friend) and huge awful garbage pull (done by a third party who fckd it up) in back

Hmm thats actually a pretty good idea. Would forsure help but not 100% sure if 7mm is enough. Maybe this and a little more pull on the fender. Thanks!

The bushings will help quite a bit and yes you could pull the fenders a bit more without making them look like bacon. Narrower tires would help as well. Just look at it as you have a spare set of rear tires to put on when the rears wear out and since the rears always wear faster than the fronts you'll use that spare set.

I don't have them, I only mocked up those wheels for a picture to test fitment. I have a set of 17x9 +45 RGIII that I use, I'm going to pick up the bushings this winter so I can use my other wheels from time to time without eating my fenders.

I'm going to have a shop press in the bushings & re-install the arms myself.
