What problems would i have fitting the wheel on my s2000 .

Get out the sawzall.

I run a 17x9 +63 and had to roll my fronts. A +5 will stick out another 2.3".

Just raise the car up high enough that the tire won't touch the fenders even when suspension is fully compressed. Going to look like this:
