I'm looking at wheels that are 18x8.5 FRONT +45 and 18x9.5 REAR +45. I'm wondering if these will fit on my 01 AP1 Berlina without fender rolling and camber? ANY response and help would be more than appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Nope. you need to AT LEAST roll the fenders to make it work if you dont want to camber it in (depending on the tire size you want to use)

 

The 9.5 and 45mm offset is way too wide and for that low of an offset.
