Default 18x8 all round?

Hi guys,

sorry for asking this question if the topic already exists...

my friend is selling 18x8" rims with a 45 offset...
can i use these rims for both front and rear?

he is running 225/40/18 rubber all round, will this pose a problem?

any ideas/help/advise is greatly appreciated.
this is my only s2k info source, as the ppl here in australia dont know a heap about s2k's

thanks

I would think they may rub and even though you can run the same size I am not sure why you would. The handling on this car would not be the same. I would not recommend it.

thanks for your reply.

then only reason i ask is because my friend is selling some genuine buddy clubs in that size with rubber for cheap.

now if the rear rubber is not suitable, i could perhaps look at getting a pair of wider rubber for the rear, if that could help solve any handling issues?

or is the here issue here related to the fact that its the 'incorrect' size and offset rims for the rear regardless of tyre size?
