I have a friend trying to get rid of some wheels and they are 18x8 all around fronts and back +49 offset.was wondering if they are ok for my car....?

 

They are not staggered. The S2000 should use staggered wheels and tires. If you are absolutely in love with them, you can use them with staggered tire sizes, but they are not proper fitment.

Also you'd have to check the bolt pattern and hub bore.
