So I have a question regarding a set of wheels that are 18x9 +45mm offset. My rear fenders are rolled and the bumper has been shaved. If these would fit please let me know what setup (i.e. tire size/camber....etc.) could enable me to fit these wheels.

they will fit, probably better than 17's because you'll get a lower profile tire.
