Default 5 zigen wheels question

i have 17inch offset 42+ 5zigen fno1 wheels for sale and i know the offset is low for s2k but can you make it fit? ive seen 43+ offset of these wheels fit on a s2k ont he forum and it fits nice but how can i make them fit on the rear. do i need to buy wheel spacers or how can i make them fit? also what does 17inch wheels with 205/45/17 tires look like on stock car. thanks for your help. greatly appreciated

They may work on the front, but you don't want to put similar width wheels on front and back. You'll emphasize the tendency of the car to oversteer.

the car will oversteer when you push thte car correct? for daily driving isnt it fine? can imake them fit with wheel spacers? or is the oversteer so bad that it is dangerous

That depends on who you talk to, but for "soft" driving they might be ok. Spacers won't do anything for you. If the offset is too low, it means you'd have to get the inside of the mounting surface shaved down to raise the offset. Think the opposite of what you're thinking now.

so will the front wheels stick out alot? and how much is to shave the insides

I wouldn't shave the insides. That was a hypothetical idea; I don't think it would be very smart as it would have to be done EXTREMELY carefully so as not to ruin the integrity of the wheels.

As for sticking out, with any other brand it would be a pretty reasonable answer. However, 5zigen seems kinda screwy with the way they rate offsets, so I can't answer that. It would be reasonable to guess that if vtecvoodoo's wheels fit with a 43 offset, yours should work too. But no guarantees.
