Yes, roll front and rear, tab relocation, and bumper cutting depending on your setup.

Rg3 are big brake friendly. Rg-d2 will definitely not fit any sort of big brake kit. Just in case that matters to you

I remember reading somewhere 17x9 +45 RG3 needs spacers to fit BBK; what a shame for us bbk folks.

correct. You can run 225/45/17 & 255/40/17 with no modification (assuming a subtle drop, not slammed).

Or you can run the 17x9 +62 square and get away without work.

No weights released yet. We weighed the an 18x10.0 +35 RG-D2 and it came in at 19.6lbs if that means anything. So maybe will be in the 18ish range?
