anyone know where I could find a reasonable set of center caps for these or what I could make some out of doesn't have to be fancy

 

I am assuming by "reasonable" you mean reasonably priced and you don't want to pay the money for a set of Authentic Advan center caps. They have tons of styles and colors available for them:

A competent machine shop should be able to make some for you if you give them the dimensions, but I would expect them to cost in the same price range as the Advans for a single set.
