Advice and help
Hmmm where do i start
Well as you can see from my signature i am in the Uk and have a turbo's S2000, atm its about 520 whp
I am running Stock Ap2 V2 rims and RE050 until recently i changed them to
245/40/17 Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta, and i am lowered on KW V3 coilovers
http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Vredeste...ac-Sessanta.htm , you have probably not heard of them neither had i but they get good reviews (see link above)
however after about 400 miles on these tyres i am getting some huge amount of weaving when i hit boost and anything above 90 mph its quiet bad
I started off with 34 psi, and they were bad, weaving and wobble when coming off power, i then went with 36 psi and the same, so i contacted Vredestein and the recommended 38psi, but i informed them that on their website it stated 42psi which i thought was damn high
the guy said go ahead and put 42psi in and see how they are, and i have to say a marked improvement but nothing satifactory, ie they still did not feel me with confidence. I have since lowed them to 40 psi and the wobble and weave is back now, I am wondering if anybody has advice, recommendations, could this be anything to do with my geo set up. A not to add that the car did not feel like this with the RE 050 on.
Sadly we cannot get all the tyres you get in the States
sorry its long winded, just after some advice and opinions
