Default Advice/Input on Kumho ASX's

Any input or experiences with the Kumho ASX's. Looking for a good daily driver for winter and summer, that can hold its own. I don't track or auto cross but enjoy some spirited driving every now and then.

I did have the Falken Ziex 512's and want something different. Thanks.

I like the ASX for a daily driver tire. It rides good and the tread lasts awhile. I just wouldn't be "too" spirited.

Do you say that because they can't handle the corners or break loose easy?

i just say that because ive driven on ASXs and RT615s and I've gotten so used to the 615s that driving on an all season tire is just "weird" to me now...

ASX's lose traction really easily actually.

the tires are msuhy as hell......in other words...i hate them

i've had pirelli p-zero neros 3 times before getting these kumho's and they are wayyyyy better.

i do not recommend the ASX's. i drove DAILY with the pirelli through snow as well.

Mushy doesn't sound good, like on tirerack.com they seemed to get a good rating. Is it because they are so cheap too? It sounds like I should be okay for it being a daily driver. I just want to be able to step on the gas and not spin out or something crazy.

for a daily they're not tooo bad...its just i do alot of spirited driving as well, and when im going through a long sweeper all you hear is the tires squealing and the car just feels soooo mcuh softer with these tires.

in the rain they are not bad. when red lining in the wet with these tires...as soon as i hit vtec i instantly lose traction.

with the pirelli p-zero nero's i could go redline and it wouldnt lose traction at all. something to think about. its not liek its safe to go redline in the wet but its fun with the pirellis cause you have traction all the way lol.

Lol, yeah the rain can be fun but I won't be taking the chance with any type of tire I have.

I guess I will find out for myself if I like them or not. I went ahead and purchased them because I need something and they were a great price. I will have to post up my review of them after putting some miles on them.

If they suck at least they weren't very much. I bet they should be just fine though for the application I will be using them for.

ya if your using the s2k as a daily driver and a bit of spirited driving...they aren't too bad.

i just got the kumho's because i was about to pick up some bigger wheels soo i just picked up cheap tires. but that deal fell through and im looking for something else now.

and now im stuck with these sweet (sarcastic) tires. lol. just dont go tooo crazy with them when your driving hard. unless your okay with drifting. which is really fun lol.
