Default Advice needed!

I am considering installing these set of wheels! They are 17x7.5 and forgot what is the offset!

Dealer wants me to try them on and see how they fit:

Tires I am considering doing either BRIDGESTONE Re050a or Toyos!

Fr: 225/45 R 17

Rr: 255/40 R 17

So any advise: My objective is too have a nice set of wheels to use daily, and make the S more stabile for road use.

To use on track my idea is to put a set of Toyo slicks on the original rims.
