Default alignment

I want to get my wheels aligned, I have Rota Slipstreams 16" in black and I wanted to know if I bring my car to Honda to have an alignment done, will they scratch the rims???? I already asked the guy in the service dept. and he said that the rims wouldn't get scratched as long as the rims don't have a lip on them. The Slipstreams have a small lip to them do you think it will get scratched??? Or what should I do? Any help appreciated - thanks

You should be ok as long as they use the protectors. Most places have plastic protectors for the clamps. By the way nice setup on the rims....
