Default Aluminum offsets

I ordered a set of Kosei K1 TS's from tire rack and they came with the center ring installed. With the ring installed the center caps will not fit, but they (the center caps) could be ground down a little and made to fit, but I would have to remove and reinstall the center rings.

Is this do-able? I don't know how to remove them except maybe with a wood block and a mallet, and then hammer them back in. Any suggestions?

I would think the ring would just come out. If you are talking about taking the cap off you can pop it off after taking the wheel off. If you damage a ring or cap just let me know.

Thanks Jim, will do. It looks like the ring just hammers into place, but I do not want to pop them out until Tire Rack gets the fronts in stock and ships them. It LOOKS like it will be easy, but every project I undertake seems that way at first...........

The center caps have to be removeable or else you can't balance the wheel.
